Job Title: Pipe Fitter

ITAC is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join our team. As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and installing pipes, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine pipe layouts and specifications
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes using various tools and techniques
• Install and assemble pipes and fittings, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections
• Perform inspections and tests to identify and repair leaks or other issues
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in construction or similar setting
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
• Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces
• Must pass background check and drug screening
