Job summary

Loenbro is looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter at our Riggs Fabrication Facility in the United States. You will be responsible for shop layout, fabrication, and fit-up of carbon steel pipe spools used in industrial projects.

Responsibilities include reading isometric drawings, laying out and beveling pipe, and assembling systems per specs while ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial pipe fitting experience required.
• Experience with carbon steel piping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fabrication shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, spool sheets, and piping specifications.
• Lay out, measure, cut, bevel, and fit pipe for welding and fabrication.
• Assemble piping systems and components according to project specifications and tolerances.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and fit-up quality prior to welding.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, cutting equipment, grinders, and beveling machines safely.
• Assist with rigging, material handling, and movement of pipe and fabricated assemblies.
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
