Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, continuing education in construction desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade with supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of utility operations on construction sites (water, sewer, drainage).
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and material/equipment providers to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, regulatory representatives and other key stakeholders.
• Direct activities of all job site crews and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Provide on-the-job training and communicate performance expectations for productivity and safety.
• Manage deliveries and ensure profitability, schedule compliance and customer satisfaction.
