Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of utility operations on construction sites (water, sewer, drainage).
• Coordinate and direct activities of all job site crews, subcontractors, and material providers.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, regulatory representatives and other key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly crewmembers and plan/schedule manpower and equipment.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule, and profitability.
• Adhere to safety programs, identify hazards, use PPE, and conduct incident investigations.
• Collaborate with Field Managers and Superintendents to implement project plans.
• Provide on-the-job training and communicate performance expectations.
