Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a Pipe Field Manager to oversee water, sewer, and drainage installations on construction sites in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires strong civil construction background in underground utilities, ownership, and coordination with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

You will supervise hourly crews, plan manpower and equipment, manage supplier deliveries, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience with supervisory exposure.
• OSHA 10 hour required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipe installation on utility projects.
• Supervise hourly crews and plan manpower and equipment.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety and schedule.
• Follow the Allan Myers Safety Program and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, Superintendents, and customers.
• Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers.
• Communicate performance expectations to crews.
• Document project activities including change orders and invoices.
