Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade (e.g., excavation, pipe, concrete, paving).
• OSHA 10 hour certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pipe installation on the job site.
• Supervise hourly crewmembers and plan manpower and equipment.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Follow Allan Myers Safety Program and preplanning requirements.
• Coordinate with other Field Managers, Superintendents, and the customer on project plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers.
• Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality and safety.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as change orders and daily reports.
