Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Adhere to safety policies and stop work if conditions are unsafe.
• OSHA-10 training and RK safety orientations are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate trade specific machinery.
• Read and interpret labels; select proper machine and sequence of operation.
• Interpret job orders and drawings for fabrication.
• Layout and fabrication of hand makes.
• Inspect and document product compliance.
• Handle materials.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment capacities.
• Keep accurate time records.
• Collaborate with other fabricators to improve skills.
• Maintain equipment.
• Assist shop superintendent in training new employees.
• Assist with production tracking and meeting production goals.
• Communicate order status to shop superintendent.
• Perform other assignments as directed.
