Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Plumbing Fabricator in Aurora, CO. The role involves reading blueprints, cutting pipe, fabricating assemblies, and delivering components to support field installations.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, ensuring components meet code and specifications for timely project completion. Key responsibilities include layout, takeoffs, tool requisitions, and quality inspections, with a Monday–Friday shift from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Dexterity and eye-hand coordination required.
• Aptitude for technical problem-solving is essential.
• Familiarity with building codes and current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade-specific tasks on a construction site.
• Oversee crew productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Perform layout activities as needed.
• Conduct material takeoffs when required.
• Requisition trade-related tools and materials.
• Carry out planned maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist with equipment start-up and documentation.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
