Job summary

Kelso Industries’ FabLogix division seeks a Pipe Fabrication Shop Superintendent to lead daily fabrication operations and align safety, quality, and productivity with project schedules.

You will mentor supervisors and production personnel, ensuring clear communication between management and shop staff while driving continuous improvement and efficient piping fabrication across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pipe fabrication or industrial environments.
• Minimum 5+ years supervising fabrication/manufacturing teams.
• Experience with ASME piping fabrication and industrial piping systems.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, and production on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily pipe fabrication operations.
• Coordinate with management, supervisors, and production staff.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedules.
• Report status to upper management.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes.
