Job summary

FabLogix is seeking a Pipe Fabrication Plant Manager in Duncan, SC to oversee the pipe fabrication facility, ensuring safety, productivity, and profitability. You will direct production scheduling, quality, shipping, and compliance to meet customer specs and deadlines.

You will lead a team of supervisors, welders, and shop personnel, drive process improvements, and collaborate with QA, procurement, and project management to optimize throughput and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; industrial management or related preferred.
• 7+ years in pipe fabrication/industrial manufacturing; 3+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of pipe fabrication, welding procedures, and codes (ASME B31.1/B31.3, API 1104).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules to meet deliveries and capacity.
