Job summary

PDS Tech is seeking a Fabrication Associate in Kansas City, MO. You’ll work with band saws, threading machines and automated production equipment on a steady Monday–Friday schedule, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. This full-time role offers hands-on fabrication experience and a path to grow your manufacturing skills.

You’ll measure, cut, thread and bevel pipe to customer specs, move materials around the warehouse, perform quality inspections and follow safety procedures in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment such as band saws, threading machines, and automated production machinery.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bevel pipe according to work orders.
• Move and organize materials around the warehouse using handling equipment.
• Assemble pipe orders for shipment.
• Perform quality inspections with measuring tools and gauges.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support meeting production goals with high-quality workmanship.
