Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• 6 to 8 months of industrial, maintenance, or manufacturing machinery operation experience.
• Basic math and ability to read tape measures.
• Strong mechanical inclination; comfortable with tools and hands-on tasks.
• Physically capable of lifting materials and working in an active environment.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled setting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards; reliable attendance and transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery including threading units and band saws to complete daily tasks.
• Cut, thread, and bevel pipe components to match work orders.
• Move and organize materials using handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
• Prepare finished pipe orders and ensure timely shipment to customers.
• Inspect product quality with gauges and precision tools to verify specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace and adhere to all protocols.
• Support the team in meeting daily output targets while upholding workmanship standards.

Your Role

As a Fabrication Associate, you will be instrumental in the preparation and assembly of pipe products, ensuring every item adheres to strict quality benchmarks and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize production machinery, including threading units and industrial band saws, to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure pipe components are cut, threaded, and beveled precisely to match specific work orders.
• Facilitate efficient warehouse operations by transporting and arranging materials with handling equipment.
• Prepare and organize finished pipe orders to ensure timely shipment to customers.
• Verify product integrity by performing detailed inspections with gauges and precision measuring tools.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all operational protocols.
• Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to support overall production efficiency.
• Support the team in achieving daily output targets while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a GED or High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 months of recent industrial, maintenance, or manufacturing machinery operation experience.
