Responsibilities

Supervises and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience and job knowledge.
Trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed; assists in development of training procedures.
Ensures compliance with drawings, procedures, and maintains safety, quality, cost and schedule performance.
Performs management duties for the Pipe department, including safety and productivity across shifts.
