Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Construction Laborer to join our Pipe Crew. This role involves performing physical labor at construction sites including shoveling, raking, hand sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching and cleaning.

Laborers may use small hand or power tools and operate equipment such as jackhammers, cement mixers, hand tampers and saws. Safety is a priority and compliance with Crisdel's guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements; CDL preferred but not required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records check and criminal background check required.
• In the U.S., must verify identity and eligibility to work and complete employment eligibility documents upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
• Shovel, rake, hand sweep, set bracing, form, rig, tie, cut, patch and clean.
• Use or operate tools such as small hand or power tools, air tools, jack hammers, cement mixers, hand tampers and saws.
• Follow Crisdel’s Safety Program, guidelines and employment handbook.
• Report to work on time and adhere to shift schedules.
