Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Foreman with experience in water lines, sanitary and storm pipes to supervise field operations and crews on site in Florida. You will manage daily production, costs, safety, and organization to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, be able to read construction plans, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards in heavy civil work. English proficiency and a valid US driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy construction.
• Knowledge of laying pipe for water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen and motor vehicle records check; criminal background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside pipe crew.
• Responsible for crew safety and adherence to Crisdel safety policies.
• Accountable for following project plans and meeting production goals.
• Check equipment for proper working conditions.
• Plan and adjust work to meet schedules using equipment and personnel capacities.
• Assist in cost control.
• Maintain employee time reporting.
