Pay Range: $31 – $42/hour (based on experience)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Welders for a long-term, full-time opportunity working primarily in a fabrication shop environment. This position is ideal for welders with stainless steel, TIG, orbital, and arc welding experience who are looking for stable, consistent work.

Position Overview:

This role will focus on prefabrication welding, with approximately 90% of work performed in a shop setting. All tools and equipment will be provided — candidates simply need to bring their experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on stainless steel piping and materials
• Execute TIG, orbital, and arc welding as required
• Complete prefab welding work in a shop environment
• Read and interpret basic drawings and welding instructions
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
