A leading insurance company is looking for a PIP Team Lead to manage a team of adjusters. This role involves overseeing complex claims, providing coaching, and ensuring vendor performance. The Team Lead I is responsible for managing complex and occasionally highly complex vendor relationships, assessing vendor training needs, and monitoring vendor performance. The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads, provides coaching and mentoring, and participates in performance reviews.
We are seeking a PIP Team Lead I, II, or Associate Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead and manage a team of 7-10 PIP Adjusters with varying levels of experience. 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
