Responsibilities

• Receive 3 to 5 first reports daily with focus on service and disposition.
• Perform first reports, Image Right tasks, medical bill review, treatment monitoring, reserve assessment, and nursing interaction.
• Maintain follow-up on pending files and manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
• Interpret policy provisions to determine coverage.
• Adhere to privacy guidelines and regulations pertaining to claims handling.
