The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Engineering Specialist to advance AI/ML solutions for information extraction, computer vision, and data fusion. You will prototype solutions for government programs across domains, review contractor AI/ML outputs, and guide strategic directions for mission-focused AI deployment.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of AI/ML experience, with Python/PyTorch proficiency and a Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a physical sciences, engineering, or computer science field and relevant AI/ML background.
• Eight+ years post-bachelor experience with AI/ML frameworks and Python.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong interest in data fusion, computer vision, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML applications for information extraction including CV, data fusion and anomaly detection.
• Prototype AI/ML solutions for government across multiple domains.
• Review contractor AI/ML solutions to support program acquisitions.
• Advise government on effective AI/ML deployment paths for missions.
• Collaborate across disciplines on high-impact projects addressing national missions.
