Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial painting or remodeling/home repair is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Paint using brushes and rollers with proper techniques.
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluate requests, quote projects, and describe work orders as needed.
• Identify materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, or other methods.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and protective coatings.
• Repair holes and cracks with caulk, putty, cement, or plaster.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality and consistency.
• Perform daily maintenance on painting equipment.

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques


• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed


• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects


• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary


• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties


• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks


• Inspect paint jobs for quality


• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

Qualifications:
