Job summary

FRANK THE BRUSH INC. is seeking a residential/commercial Painter to join our team. You will prepare and perform professional exterior and interior painting in residential and light commercial settings, delivering quality work with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate has experience in painting, interacts professionally with customers, and uses proper painting techniques and materials. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting or remodeling/home repair.

Responsibilities

• Paint using proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) and techniques to complete jobs.
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluate requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and describe work orders as needed.
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or other means as necessary.
• Mix, match, and blend paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and coatings to achieve desired color and drying properties.
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality.
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment.

Job Summary:

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!
