SMBC Group is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to join our CIAM team and help design, modernize, and scale the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud platform globally.

Join SMBC's global Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team to help design, modernize, and scale our PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) platform. In this role, you will lead the development and refactoring of authentication journeys that support regional business, regulatory, and customer requirements across global markets. You will work on platform architecture, automation, resiliency, and identity integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and consistent customer experiences.
