Job summary

Milam’s Markets Pinecrest is seeking a detail-oriented Shopper to support customers across in-store, curbside, and delivery channels. You will select and prepare orders, ensure quality, and communicate substitutions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to age-restricted products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for curbside pickup and delivery.
• Choose items based on customer preferences and quality standards.
• Inspect products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Communicate substitutions to customers when needed.
• Stage and organize completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist in-store customers when needed.
• Help maintain clean shelves and displays.
• Assist other departments as needed.
