Job summary

Milam’s Markets Sunny Isles Beach is seeking team players to provide friendly customer service and help keep shelves stocked and organized. You’ll participate in unloading deliveries, rotate products, and maintain both the sales floor and backroom areas in a fast-paced, neighborhood grocery setting.

Ideal candidates show a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Prior retail or grocery experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first attitude. Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move products.
• Reliable and team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.
• Basic math and POS handling beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas.
• Operate backroom equipment safely (pallet jack, baler, etc.).
• Assist other departments as needed.
