Job summary

Milam’s Markets Pinecrest is seeking a Shopper to select and prepare customer orders for curbside pickup and delivery, ensuring items meet customer preferences and quality standards in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll work on the sales floor and in staging areas, stay active, and help maintain organized shelves while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• At least 21 years of age due to age-restricted product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare customer orders for curbside pickup and delivery
• Accurately choose items based on customer preferences and quality standards
• Inspect products to ensure freshness and quality
• Communicate with customers regarding substitutions when needed
• Stage and organize completed orders for pickup or delivery
• Support in-store customers when assistance is needed
• Help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays
• Assist other departments as needed
