Job summary

McNaughton McKay Group seeks a Product Data Specialist to manage the PIM platform (Stibo STEP) and data pipelines. You will monitor automated workflows, triage data quality issues, and support platform initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in data operations or analytics, and familiarity with Alteryx, ERP systems, and catalog enrichment for accurate cross-channel publishing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of data operations or analytics experience.
• Experience with PIM platforms and data workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PIM and Alteryx workflow outputs; identify anomalies and data quality exceptions.
• Maintain documentation and version control for automation libraries and runbooks.
• Support rollout of platform initiatives with testing, validation, and coordination.
• Triage service desk tickets related to PIM data, ecommerce attributes, and ERP mappings.
• Execute data quality improvement tasks and remediation flagging.
• Assist with taxonomy maintenance and category-level data standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document data standards and process improvements.
