Job summary

McNaughton McKay Group in Madison Heights, MI, seeks a Product Data Specialist to manage the PIM platform (Stibo STEP) and data pipelines. You’ll monitor automated workflows, maintain runbooks, and support platform rollouts under the Product Data Manager.

The role requires experience with data workflows, Alteryx, SQL, and ERP/ecommerce integrations, plus a proactive approach to data quality and taxonomy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in data operations or analytics.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for building data workflows.
• Experience with PIM/MDM platforms and Stibo STEP is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL ability and Excel skills; scripting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PIM and Alteryx workflow outputs for anomalies.
• Maintain documentation and version control for automation library.
• Support rollout of platform initiatives with testing and validation.
• Triage service desk tickets related to PIM data and ERP attributes.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate remediation.
• Assist with taxonomy maintenance and attribute schema updates.
• Collaborate to document data standards and support process improvements.
• Test Stibo STEP upgrades and ongoing development tasks.
