Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or similar technical environments.
• Ability to document operating data accurately and follow procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude to safely operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience with pumps, valves, piping, or filtration systems is a plus.
• Technical training or military experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pilot-scale processing equipment and production systems.
• Inspect equipment, collect data, and record production information.
• Assist with startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to improve process performance and reliability.
