Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as metallurgical engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in a production leadership role, preferably with powder metallurgy experience.
• Startup agility with ground-up facility build out experience.
• Experience managing contract or toll manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transition of powder metallurgy tech from lab to full-scale production.
• Lead pilot facility startup and daily operations.
• Publish SOPs for powder handling, pressing, and sintering.
• Deliver prototype parts on time meeting specs.
• Manage relationships with toll processors and contract manufacturers.
• Track POs and production forecasts to ensure supply of finished goods.
