Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences seeks a Manufacturing Technician in Longmont, CO, to perform mechanical assembly for pilot-scale production of disposable medical devices. You will operate mechanical and automated equipment, correctly package products, and inspect assemblies for quality.

The role requires following SOPs, documenting production details, and communicating QA findings. Training occurs Monday–Friday; later, weekend shifts apply. High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior hands-on mechanical assembly experience using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Experience in controlled environments (ISO 13485/ISO 9001/FDA QMS) preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document production details accurately, and interpret QA results for release.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.
• Inventory control and shipping/receiving experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly as part of pilot-scale manufacturing of disposable medical devices.
• Safely operate chemical, automated and assembly equipment.
• Package product and prepare for shipment.
• Visually inspect in-process and final assemblies for quality.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits; communicate findings.
