Qualifications

• 1+ year in manufacturing, pilot plant, lab, or production environment.
• Hands-on equipment operation using HMIs.
• Experience with metal, ceramics, powder processing, casting, machining, heat treatment, or surface finishing.
• Exposure to pilot-scale operations, process development, or R&D.
• Able to handle specialized or air-sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment used in prototyping and process development.
• Prepare, handle, and process raw materials, powders, and samples per procedures.
• Perform measurements and collect data with lab and production instrumentation.
• Support pilot-scale trials and document procedures, observations, and results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assist with optimization and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records related to testing activities and performance.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for operations.
• Partner with EHS personnel to uphold safety standards.
• Provide occasional support to broader manufacturing operations.
• Assist with additional technical projects and initiatives as assigned.
