• 1–3 years of experience in operations, product development and/or analytical laboratory work with demonstrated project experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates and sets up pilot plant equipment and lab instruments.
• Measures and records process conditions and test results.
• Collaborates with R&D, lab and engineering teams to understand testing requirements.
• Ensures area safety, quality and on-time delivery of pilot results.
• Assists with receiving raw materials or packaging and prepares shipments to meet customer orders.
