Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a detail-oriented team member for a manufacturing support role in the United States. The position involves setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment, running processes under supervision, and consulting with qualified personnel when issues arise.

You will observe quality characteristics, complete documentation per cGMP, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment while developing systematic work habits and following supervisory guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Basic technical or mechanical background is required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge and use of tools, machines, instruments, and safety devices are desirable in pharma operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow department policies, procedures and guidelines. Maintain documentation per cGMP policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Develop systematic work habits and organizational skills.
• Prepare for process requirements following supervision.
• Identify and address quality issues with the appropriate personnel.
• Review procedures and batch records, identify safety issues and help correct them.
• Provide accurate material and equipment status reports during handoffs.
• Learn and use the inventory system.
