Job summary

Food & Pharma Manufacturing is seeking a Plant Technician to join the Pilot Plant team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will support hands-on trial execution, operate and maintain aseptic-processing equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations while following SOPs.

You will document results, assist in data organization, and contribute to product development and continuous improvement, collaborating with product developers and fellow technicians in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food or Pharma production with GMP familiarity.
• Able to follow SOPs under supervision and report to Pilot Plant Manager.
• Comfort with quality activities and QC testing.
• Experience with aseptic/thermal processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pilot Plant trials with product developers and technicians.
• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize aseptic equipment per SOPs.
• Document trial data and prepare summaries for batch records.
• Support deviations and data recording per Pilot Plant requests.
