Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical specialization.
• Registered or ability to register as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Nevada.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in metallurgical operations or pilot plants.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two-phase project: construction and operations.
• Attend HAZOP studies for pilot plant design and SOP development.
• Supervise construction crew; manage schedule and work orders.
• Oversee operations teams; operate equipment when required.
• Input/process data and optimize flowsheets; coordinate sample analyses.
