Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Lead VFA Senior Plant Operator to support safe, efficient production at the on-site facility. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Lab, Engineering, and Material Handling to maximize performance and meet targets while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Initially on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule for 1–2 years, the role will transition to a rotating 12-hour shift. The position requires leadership, sequencing of operations, and hands-on experience with process

Qualifications

• High School diploma and basic math/written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and safety practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow direction and communicate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant to meet productivity targets and handle chemical charges safely.
• Monitor process and adjust control parameters.
• Conduct routine rounds and participate in shift turnover.
• Maintain and ensure First Pass Quality and complete turnover documentation.
• Create process and maintenance work orders in SAP.
• Support safety programs and participate in audits and regulator activities.
