Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ years preferred, ideally in coating, calendaring, extrusion, or similar operations.
• Experience operating pilot-scale equipment and performing routine maintenance.
• Strong data-recording and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pilot-plant equipment to support product development and trials.
• Prepare, set up, adjust, and clean pilot-plant equipment; maintain safe, trial-ready equipment.
• Monitor process conditions, identify issues, and communicate observations in real time.
• Record process parameters and material usage with accuracy and traceability.
• Support production-scale trials and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain pilot-plant and trial records with emphasis on data integrity and compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485 as applicable.
