Job summary

Synthomer plc in Mogadore, OH is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain the Pilot Plant's daily operations. You will perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, install new equipment, and ensure accurate data entry in the maintenance system.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years in industrial maintenance; Journeyman or PLC/instrumentation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent degree.
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in a high paced environment and team setting.
• Physical dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and electrical work up to 480V.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and piping.
• Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs.
• Input data into the maintenance management system.
