Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Simulator Operator in Wichita to manage CRT/keyboard/VCS systems and simulate pilot actions during aviation training sessions.

You will receive student voice commands, input accurate entries, and respond using proper phraseology to ensure realistic scenarios and successful certification outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
• Typing 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood.
• Must pass knowledge tests with a minimum score of 70%.
• Observe certified RPO on a minimum of 5 simulation scenarios
• Training on 5 to 20 simulation scenarios for certification.

Responsibilities
