Live Comfortably LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for the Fayetteville area to setup, monitor, and run pillow production lines. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position offers 2nd shift hours (4:30pm–3am, Monday–Thursday) with a $2 shift differential. Candidates should be able to read instructions and maintain quality, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and handle materials for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up the machine for production cycles and adjust as needed.
• Fill raw materials into the machine to produce pillows.
• Maintain production efficiency and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Report equipment problems to supervisor and/or maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Operate scrolling machines and inspect product quality.
