Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Fullerton is seeking a Pillow Packer to join the Pillows Dept. You will load and unload pillow fill from machines and conveyors, operate filling equipment, and prepare products for processing and wrapping.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safe work practices in a noise-filled warehouse. Avocado offers medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off and an annual bonus in a collaborative in-person work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production packing preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and Cal OSHA regulations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in production/filling or assist operators.
