Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Pillow Packer for the Pillows Dept. This on-site role is based in Fullerton, with a pay range of $17.00–$17.44 per hour. Responsibilities include loading pillow fill, operating production machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to Cal OSHA safety regulations. Regular attendance and hazard awareness are required in this hands-on manufacturing environment.

THE ROLE Avocado is currently looking for a Pillow Packer to be part of the Pillows Dept. *Note on Location: Here at Avocado Green Brands, we treasure teamwork and working together in person. Depending on the role, you will be working on‑site at one of our Fullerton locations. *Note on Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $17.44 Hourly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON…

• Load and unload pillows/pillow fill from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Operate machinery used in the production/filling process, or assist machine operators.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.

WHAT YOU BRING…

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to wear personal protective gear like safety glasses.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with machinery noise.
• Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
• Movements: Must be able to move throughout the warehouse to access different machines.
• Must be able to frequently move material weighing up to 50 pounds.
