Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Financials & Grantmaking Pillar Service Leader, Senior Manager, to drive financial performance, delivery execution, and customer outcomes across a defined Professional Services portfolio. You will own delivery across Advisory+, Managed Services, and related motions, partnering with Product, Sales, CS, and leadership to align roadmaps with customer value realization.

The role demands 5+ years of leadership in professional services, strong financial acumen, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading professional services or product-aligned delivery teams with accountability for business outcomes.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience including coaching and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, margin, utilization, backlog health, and delivery predictability.
• Strong knowledge of delivery models, customer value realization, and process improvements.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance across revenue, margin, utilization, backlog health, delivery capacity, and resource planning.
• Lead delivery execution to improve predictability, quality, time to value, customer experience, and escalation management.
• Translate priorities into portfolio operating plans, team priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Process Architecture to implement repeatable, scalable workflows and standard delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Delivery Orchestration to adopt tooling, automation, and AI-enabled delivery practices.
• Partner with Product, Sales, CS, Support, Renewals, and Services leadership to align roadmap readiness and customer outcomes.
• Use portfolio insights to identify risks and strengthen renewal readiness.
• Develop and lead global delivery teams with clear expectations and leadership accountability.
