Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an on-site equipment operator in the United States for heavy civil projects including solar pile tasks. You will operate Vermeer PD10 and related machinery, perform routine maintenance, and monitor operations ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires 1+ year in construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and teamwork. You will log daily production and support project needs with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• +1 year in construction field, solar experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license must hold.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Vermeer PD10 and other equipment on site.
• Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, fueling).
• Monitor equipment operation to detect malfunctions.
• Refer to operator manuals and safety regs.
• Maintain daily production log.
• Lead solar pile task activities and training.
