Mortenson is seeking a Solar Pile Driver to operate equipment on site in Wisconsin Town of Texas, following safety policies and procedures. You will work from pre-task plans, monitor equipment, and perform routine maintenance to keep operations smooth.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience, equipment certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You should be able to read load charts and manuals, work well in a team, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver’s license with necessary endorsements as required by law.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, load charts.

Responsibilities

• Follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned area.
• Performs routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning).
• Observes equipment operation to detect malfunctions.
• Follows work plans and pre-task cards.
• Operate Vermeer PD10 on site.
