Job summary

CoVolt Power in Texas seeks a field-based Operator to support the mechanical scope of solar and energy storage construction projects at the Krum site. You'll be on the jobsite, operating pile driving equipment and collaborating with the crew to meet safety and quality standards.

This hands-on role requires the ability to lift heavy equipment, endure variable weather, and read safety rules and load charts. Prior construction experience and a valid driver's license are preferred, with equipment

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or related field.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license with necessary endorsements.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Rigorous adherence to safety rules and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving equipment per project requirements.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and load charts.
• Document field decisions and report accordingly.
• Collaborate with team to support mechanical scope on site.
