Job summary

Scott Bridge Company is seeking a hands-on pile driving professional to self-perform piling and assist with the installation of steel and concrete piles for bridges and marine structures. You will read blueprints, interpret plans, and work with a crew to ensure precise, safe execution on projects across the Southeast.

You will operate with crane signals, help assemble equipment, and maintain a safe work environment while complying with regulatory standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and site plans with high accuracy.
• Experience with pile hammers (diesel, air, hydraulic, or drop).
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform self-performed pile driving with various pile types.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications for accurate execution.
• Collaborate with project Superintendent, Foreman, Welders, and laborers.
• Safely operate loads with crane and proper rigging.
• Assist in assembling equipment and materials to enable pile driving.
