Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Pilates studio in Torrance. You will support the GM in driving member sign-ups, deliver strong customer service, conduct studio tours, and manage lead follow-up to close sales.

Learn Club Ready software, meet sales targets, and participate in community events to promote the studio. This role offers growth potential within the studios and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn software systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by GM.
• Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe and inviting environment.
