Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience in Georgia. This part-time role offers flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends) and reports to the Studio Manager.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—working with a fun, motivated team in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Positive, high energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, convert interest to memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales—focus on results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and expand community presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
