Job summary

Life Time in Syosset, NY is seeking Pilates Leaders to guide and own the Pilates program, building a vibrant community for clients and Team Members. You will drive growth, improve retention, and elevate session quality across Private and Semi-Private offerings.

Lead and mentor a team of instructors, coordinate program design, and ensure cleanliness and brand standards while advancing certifications and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Comprehensive Pilates instructor certification is required.
• Certification across Reformers and apparatus (Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, Barrels).
• Beginner to Advanced Pilates repertoire certification.
• Leadership experience in Pilates or fitness industry.
• 3 years of Pilates training experience and 2 years of sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the entire Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in all sessions (Private and Semi Private).
• Integrate all Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients' lives.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
